Shipping is so slow and need to pay import taxes
This is the first time I purchased from kokoro Japan, to be honest it was not the best online shopping experience. I’ve been purchasing Japanese sunscreens from different online stores and I have never ever need to pay import tax. Other online store provide fast shipping and clear tracking information, however kokoro Japan tracking is only limited to departure city. After the package has left Japan, you will not be able to track the shipment. Also, I compared the price with other online stores which sell the same item. I thought kokoro Japan has the lowest price among of all so I gave it a try. But they surprised me with a 30% import tax which makes my purchase way costly than other online stores. This is probably the one and only one time purchase, I do not want any surprise with any import tax. Overall not recommend to buy from this store.

The Perfect Sunscreen
Incredible value for money, lightweight, no white cast, makeup applies perfectly on top of it, slightly dewy but not oily, Will repurchase again.

Too long
My experience till now has not been good, it’s taking too long for them to deliver my package, customer service is practically nonexistent, emails, instagram, Facebook, the customer support is nonexistent.
