The shipment arrived as schedule, but the product doesn't seem to be as effective as it used to be.

Big Disappointed
I have orderd great supplement, Biofermin S 540 Tablets for delivery to Italy Genova. Order is accepted but Italian custom services refused to accept drug because country laws. Anyway drug was sented back to Japan. I was contact Kokoro to resend pacakge after it arrived to them, this time to Japane address. I was sent more then 6 mails and messages over contact page on thier portal but nobady respond. I have friend in Japan who can take this package for me. This is showing very bad additude to solve problems with costumwrs outaide of Japan. Sajonara no min'na

Will order from them again
My purchase experience was great. I purchased this probiotics from Kokoro, Japan for the first time because I could not get the 540 tablets size in US. Their online transaction process was clear and reassuring. Shipment began 7 days from Japan after receiving order, and was delivered by FedEx four days later.
