Great for dark spots

It doesn't change your overall complexion if you're dark skinned (black/African), but it does improve the appearance by reducing the appearance of dark spots. Overall I look more refreshed. Love this and will be buying more. This is very watery. It's more of a toner but without the drying feeling. It really isn't' a lotion or a cream, within a North American context of the word lotion.
