Packaging:

It comes in a white box with contrasting orange writing, the packaging is written in Japanese including the instruction and information. Inside, it is a generic glass bottle containing the tablets. It is sealed with plastic filler to avoid exposure to air.

Impression:

It is a white round tablet, small and easy to consume. No obvious smell.

The tablets are quite easy to consume, it is a small tablet so it is not hard to take after each meal. Make sure to drink a lot of water after.

Results:

I usually have quite great gut health and healthy bowel movement. However, I took this tablet when I was experiencing a random constipation episode, which may have been caused by my poor diet at the time. Surprisingly this tablet helped improve my bowel movement within the next day. However, I’m unsure if it was also due to my change in diet, as I also added more fiber and vegetables to my diet on the same day I took the tablet. Nevertheless I believe the tablets helped push my bowel movement, as I was struggling to go to the toilet for a few days and it was causing stomach pain.

After I took the tablets, I noticed the next day I was able to go to the toilet as normal. I kept taking the tablets for a few days after, and eventually stopped when my stool returned to normal healthy range.

My Opinion:

I personally think this product is a great fix if you have intestinal problems. Whether it was a coincidence or not, it did help improve my bowel movement and relieve stomach pain which I was struggling with for a couple days. It is easy to consume and can see the effect almost immediately. I would like to note that I recommend taking the tablets while you’re at home or have easy access to the toilet as it may cause you to have frequent bowel movements and this may be inconvenient if you’re outside and do not have access to the toilet. Although this tablet may not 100% work for everyone, I do believe it is handy to have in your medicine pantry for when you may need it.
