Never received order, no follow up

I don't have an experience with using the item because the parcel was apparently returned to Tokyo even though it had arrived in my country where I paid taxes and duties for it. This happened 2 months ago, have tried to contact customer service to no avail.

Great!

Although the shipping took about a month but I love the product. Well packed and very reasonable price.
