Current Delivery Status Impacted by COVID-19
Please do understand that in this pandemic situation, the circumstances have been changing frequently. There is a possibility that the delivery time of your order could be delayed. It is very difficult to give a guarantee on whether how long the delay will be as circumstances in certain countries could change at anytime. This could range from a few weeks to a few months. However, we will ensure to keep you updated as soon as the information is possible.
We would appreciate if you could have an understanding of this before placing an order.
The post office is no longer able to operate at the same capacity as they had before the pandemic which results in delays. The estimate delivery time is just a general guideline, for some countries that are not affected much by this, orders could arrive within that period. However, for some other countries, it could take significantly longer than this period. We hope for your understanding. We have been trying our best to provide service in this pandemic situation. However, it is simply just an logistics issue and it is out of our control.

Updated 19 May 2022. Airmail for Belgium has been resumed and Premium shipping and Express shipping are available.
On 8 March 2022, Japan Post has announced that they have temporarily suspended airmail and express shipping to a number of countries in Europe including United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium and Finland as a result of the Russia-Ukraine war. Since the pandemic has happened, the number of flights has been reduced to a much lower level than the pre-pandemic period. However, this recent situation has further reduced this number and as a result Japan Post is unable to ship packages to these countries by air temporarily. As of this moment, we are unable to provide premium shipping and express shipping to United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium and Finland.
We are able to ship your order by sea. This method may take some time. As airmail has been recently suspended, this will probably increase the volume of packages shipped by sea. We have been told that packages to Europe could take from 3 months to 5 months during this current situation. This shipping method will come with a tracking number and insurance. However, the given delivery time is only an estimate and it could depend on the situation.
We kindly ask customers to have an understanding of this before placing an order to these countries with us.
Regarding the resumption of premium shipping and express shipping, once the delivery service resumes, we should be able to offer these shipping methods as soon as possible. We are unable to tell you when this service will resume. However, we have been told by Japan Post that as this change was affected by the recent war in Russia and Ukraine, so the shipping situation may depend on that situation.

Premium shipping method has been resumed for United States. However, tracking service is temporarily suspended at the moment for premium shipping method. Packages will be sent with the same premium shipping method but without tracking service.
For all customers who choose this shipping method, please have an understanding that the shipping situation and delivery time has not resumed back to the usual state yet and change depending on the circumstances. The delivery time of 6-9 business days from shipment is only an estimate timeline given by the post office. There is a possibility of delays from a month to a few months depending on the circumstances. Please have a clear understanding of this before placing an order. We will not be able to support you in the case that the package is still on the way due to delay.

Delivery service to United States has been resumed. The available shipping method is EMS. The shipping fee will depend on the total weight of your order.
We will resume delivery to these countries from 14 July 2020 as the post office is now able to ship to these countries.

With the worldwide spread of the Corona virus, measures such as suspension of international mail have been taken in each country and region, and the number of aircraft arriving and departing from Japan has been significantly reduced.
As a result, unfortunately delivery to some countries will be temporary suspended for the time being (From 1st April). Some of the countries affected include Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland, New Zealand Russia, India, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates and Brazil.

However, delivery to United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and so on still operates as usual. Customers from the countries affected by this will no longer be able to checkout. Even though service still operates to these countries, there is a possibility some countries might be added to the list of countries that have been temporarily suspended.

Regarding the dispatch time, we try our best to dispatch your order within 4-6 business days on average. However, for some orders including products that are out of stock, it could take us up to 7-9 business days to dispatch.
